You’ve tried all the law of attraction advice out there and visualized as hard as you can. Yet nothing changes and life keeps passing you by like water sliding across smooth pebbles.

Your life seems set in stone, unchanging and unfeeling.

If you are like most people, you have probably tried anything you can think of:

It’s a fact that our universe is made up entirely of energy. Everything that we see, hear, and touch is all energy. That also includes you! Yeah, you.

Every movement you perform and every thought you have creates a tiny magnetic field around it. Making YOU a massive energetic center in the universe!

The law of Attraction interacts with the magnetic fields and vibrations you create to bring you what you want!

What we don’t know is that the things we can grasp with our senses are only the tip of the iceberg. The most fascinating physical phenomena in the world are actually beneath the surface.

It’s easy to forget this basic truth during your busy everyday lives when you’re rushing to the bank or post office, or on a long hold with the customer service of the cable companies.

But your INVISIBLE world is what creates your visible world.

This is the key. The visible world isn’t the place where our reality is created.

When you understand this truth, you will understand the reason behind the results you see in every area of your life. It will explain every success story or failure of businesses, companies, and entrepreneurs.

So, as I mentioned above — you are a vibrational being.

As you align with the essence of the thing you want to attract, you will start manifesting your dreams with ease and clarity.

But how do you do that? How can you change your state so the law of attraction will match between you and the thing that you want?

Manifestation Guidelines

1. Focus on what you want, not on what you don’t want

Our focus acts as both a magnifying glass and a magnet. According to the law of attraction, whatever we put our attention on, expands in our life.

Most people focus on their fears and what they don’t want, so they attract more of them.

It’s easy to give your attention to what you’re afraid of, it’s also a sort of illusion of control “if I think about it that means I do something to prevent it”. The opposite is the truth. The more emphasis you direct towards your fears, the more room you give them in your life.

Even if your biggest nightmares don’t manifest (they usually don’t), you are planting more seeds of anxiety, stress, and tension. Which eventually leads to depression and fatigue.

The ‘don’t want’ can come in many forms. You may recognize some of these -

· “I don’t want to be sick.”

· “I don’t want to get fired.”

· “I don’t want to be alone.”

· “I don’t want to get hurt.”

See, you can’t be focusing on negativity and expect to attract good things into your life.

The law of attraction doesn’t work like that. You have to choose.

Do you want to focus on your goals, vision, and aspirations, or do you want to mainly give your attention to possible obstacles and what you don’t want to have in your life?

The choice is yours.

2. Don’t get attached to the end result

Do you cling tightly to the image you have in mind as to how things should be?

Do you feel unhappy because you haven’t manifested X yet (whether it’s money, relationships, career, your ideal weight and etc)?

Attachments are one of the main things that get in the way of creating a significant shift.

When you’re too attached to the final outcome you wish to have, you send a message to your subconscious that says, “If I don’t get it, I will not be happy.” Or in other words, I will be happy only if…

In other words, you’re becoming too needy.

Detachment is about accepting the natural course of life, which is uncertainty.

You don’t get to decide how and when things will manifest in your life. That’s not your job, to begin with. Let the law of attraction put its magic into practice.

Your job is to set clear intentions and get out of your own way.

When you’re attached to the end result, you’re sending a frequency of fear, neediness, and worrying.

But see, that desperation for things to happen exactly as you want them to happen, and your refusal to be content right now, before they happen, set you on a path of resistance.

With your own emotions of stress and clinginess, you contradict your desires, rather than just be easy about it and find joy in the present, even before the manifestation has occurred.

Letting go of attachment means embracing a mentality that says “I’ll be OK no matter what”.

If you want to manifest money, love, or anything else, this is the mindset you should embrace: “I’ll be just fine, whether or not I achieve my goal”.

Learn to be the happiest broke person you can be. Find ways to make the most of your time as a single person. Find ways to celebrate life even if you haven’t created your ideal reality yet.

3. Change your belief system — believe you deserve it

Many people have limiting beliefs that keep them from receiving abundance and well-being into their lives.

If this describes you, realize that you must first change your limiting beliefs into thoughts that you are deserving, worthy, valuable, and capable. You first need to perceive yourself as well as smart enough, strong enough, good enough, and “enough” in every other way that matters to you.

Once you believe that you are worthy and deserving to get what you want, manifesting it will become a piece of cake. Sure, you’ll put effort and time into it, but at least you’ll stop contradicting your own efforts with junk beliefs about yourself.

Here is my favorite way to change your most stubborn negative beliefs that keep the law of attraction from delivering you the life that you want and deserve.

By the way, do you know WHY you deserve love, wealth, and happiness?

Simply because you exist. You are no less than anyone else and just the fact that you are here means that you are good enough and valuable in God’s eyes. Simple as that.

4. Stop complaining all the damn time

Do you know these people who just keep whining about everything and everyone in life? They blame everyone for their problems, rarely take any personal ownership of their life’s and just waste people’s time with their endless grumbles.

Can you recognize yourself as one of these people? Well… don’t be, if you want to master the law of attraction.

Easier said than done.

It’s easy to complain about life. Heck, it’s even fun. It provides quick relief and can feel cathartic at times.

I get it. Life is not fair. I went through childhood trauma that damaged me for many many years following it. Until I’ve had enough and I decided to stop being the victim — even though I WAS the victim when these things were done to me.

But now as an adult, it is MY responsibility to take care of my emotional, mental, and physical health. No one can nor should do it for me. It is ON me. God is not coming to save me, I have to get myself together and find my path for healing.

The effects of constant grouches are horrific manifestation wise.

First, you’re communicating to your brain that you’re incapable of taking responsibility, that you are not strong enough to handle whatever life throws at you.

Second, the energy you emit to the universe is so weak and poor, then guess what the law of attraction is going to match it with? More and more reasons for you to beef about.

Try to set a goal to stop complaining for one week. No, even for one day! See how it’s working out for you. Then, expand it to a week, then a month, and see the difference it’s making in your life.

I made a commitment to myself to reduce my complaints to zero. I rarely whine about things. Even when I’m sick, when I’m stuck in traffic, or when a deal I planned to make fell through.

I just focus on solutions. I focus on my goals. And if I made a mistake, I stand behind it and take ownership of it.

If something was done to me that was not my fault — I learn my lesson. And then I just brush it off, let it go, and move forward to manifest other opportunities.

Try it and you’ll see how the law of attraction really likes you all of the sudden.

5. Find ways to elevate your mood daily

Would you describe your mood as unstable? Unpredictable even?

It’s time to get more grounded and improve your mood on a daily basis, even if you don’t feel like it.

Yes, it is hard to generate and maintain feelings of happiness and hope, and optimism when you are stuck with the life you so badly want to change.

It’s near-impossible to feel enthusiastic when you realize you have to spend yet another weekend all alone.

It is normal to feel like banging your head against the wall when you get triggered at every turn by colleges, your friends, your boss, and everybody else.

But here’s the thing, the law of attraction can speed up the manifestation if your mood is higher.

Besides, life feels so much better as you practice joy.
